I ordered the Kirkland brand but they shipped me Members Mark with no explanation or price adjustment. I am not familiar with members mark and this is not advertised on the website so why replace products and have no explanation until the client reaches out? Then I was told it’s the same product/ thing???
Product came in with box damaged and minoxidil was not Kirkland but it was members mark. I know they are probably the same but still dishonest
Ordered kirkland minoxidil received wrong and damaged item… in addition waited twice as long as advertised
There product is not the same as what is chosen they send me other product and don't respond on email or call
This product has been working well for me for a number of years. no one would ever know that I had suffered with extremely thin hair before starting it.
